Before we begin.
Where do you provide event décor?
We cover all of London and surrounding areas. We also consider events further outside London depending on the location, date and setup required. Share your venue postcode so we can confirm availability, travel costs and arrangements.
How much does a setup cost?
Our Signature Looks start from £225. Travel, customisation and any extra hire time are confirmed in your tailored quote. You can also ask for a bespoke selection of items.
Do you deliver, set up and collect?
Yes. We agree delivery, setup and collection times with you before the event. Please check your venue’s access arrangements, parking, stairs and any restrictions so we can plan the installation.
Can you recreate an inspiration photo?
Send us your inspiration and preferred colours. We will suggest a look using our available pieces and confirm the agreed design. Inspiration images and moodboards are illustrative; exact items and finishes may differ.
Are the décor items hire only?
Yes, décor items are hired and collected at the agreed time unless we specifically confirm otherwise. Your quote and booking terms set out what is included.
How do I secure my date?
DM us on Instagram with your date, venue and preferred look. We will check availability and send a quote. Your booking is secured once the agreed deposit is received and the booking terms are accepted.
Can you set up the day before?
Please include your requested setup and collection times in your enquiry. Earlier setup or later collection depends on availability and may involve an additional hire charge.
