Nour Occasions uses your name, contact details and event information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you book, arrange your event décor. We use these details to take steps at your request before a booking and to fulfil a booking agreement.
Where your details go
Earlier enquiries submitted through our website form are stored with our website service providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. New enquiries can be sent through Instagram or email. If you contact us by email or social media, those services process your message under their own privacy policies. We do not add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list automatically.
Keeping your details
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting booking, and to meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your messages.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing events@nouroccasions.com. Other data protection rights may apply depending on the circumstances. You can raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and security services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Instagram, TikTok and Google links open external services; their policies apply when you visit them.
